General booking information

This information mainly applies to our attendance courses. Please also see frequently asked questions (FAQ).

Booking form

You no longer need to send us a PDF booking form for any of our courses. All course registration is online.

Receipt

When you make your booking online you will receive an automated receipt. If you pay by invoice or bank transfer we will send your receipt separately, by email.

Places limited

Please note that places on our attendance courses are strictly limited and courses tend to fill very rapidly. We no longer accept provisional bookings and advise early registration to avoid disappointment.

Waiting list / cancellations

If the course is fully subscribed at the time of booking we can add your name to the waiting list and contact you if a place becomes available. This only applies to attendance courses, not our online versions.

Food and accommodation

We do not provide meals or accommodation for our attendance courses.

For courses held in lecture theatres, refreshments will be available during registration and coffee breaks. For lunch breaks, there are numerous places to eat and drink within close walking distance of the course venue(s).

For courses held in practical teaching spaces with a hands-on component (e.g. the anatomy dissection room) we are unable to provide refreshments.
